Formed in 2015, the Marin Cultural Association’s mission is to support art and culture in Marin County, including enhancing the programs and facilities at the Marin Center and the Marin County Fair.
A nonprofit under the umbrella of the Marin Department of Cultural Services, MCA advocates for and serves as a catalyst to increase participation, advance collaboration, and optimize resources for culture in Marin County for all residents.
Each year, MCA presents dynamic exhibitions and events that celebrate the diversity of the arts and artists of Marin. We also partner with area artists, performers, and arts organizations to bring visual art, music, and literature programs to Marin County students including artist residencies and national arts education programs such as Poetry Out Loud.
In the coming year, MCA will expand these efforts, launching exciting new grants programs, comprehensive arts equity initiatives with the Marin County Office of Education, and vibrant art activations across the community.
Your donation, in any amount, will help ensure Marin arts are by and for everyone.
All donations to the Marin Cultural Association, Federal Tax ID #47-3147067, are tax deductible less the fair market value of benefits.

How Does My Support Help? The Marin Cultural Association advocates for and serves as a catalyst to increase participation, advance collaboration and optimize resources for arts and culture in Marin County. Proceeds to the Marin Cultural Association help us with our mission and are used to underwrite programming, to develop education for underserved youth, to expand our Community Access Ticket program, and to upgrade our facilities. With ongoing support from our community, Marin Center offers more than 1,000 events each year, nurturing the arts in our community and creating a vibrant home for arts and culture. It is only with donor support that our non-profit organization is able to achieve its mission to support art and culture in Marin County. Donate
